Giving Tuesday at CAP

November 24, 2017 By capjust1

On November 28, The Child Advocacy Program is participating in the global #GivingTuesday movement to support children and families in our community.

#GivingTuesday, held annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities, and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide.

We are planning to use the proceeds from #GivingTuesday to directly help the children and families we serve. At CAP, we are committed to protecting and supporting children. With that goal in mind, if we can raise just $1,500 in #GivingTuesday proceeds CAP will be able to purchase developmentally appropriate toys and games, comfort items, decor and healthy snacks all designed to reduce a child’s stress.

We depend on the generosity of individuals and organizations, and this year YOU can contribute to assure that CAP continues to be a child-friendly space.

No child or family ever pays for counseling, support or other services at CAP.

We want to raise $1500 on #GivingTuesday. Join us!
